How can counselling help?
When life feels too challenging it's often difficult to share your thoughts and feelings
with family and friends and it can be hard trying to cope on your own.
There are a number of reasons for seeking counselling, you may be experiencing low-mood, depression or anxiety. A stressful home or working life may be challenging, you may be experiencing relationship difficulties or may feel isolated. Perhaps you are struggling
to manage a life transition or have experienced a bereavement and feel lost in the grieving process. You may have recognised thought or behaviour patterns are preventing you from
leading a fulfilling life or perhaps you are struggling to cope with the effects of unresolved
earlier life experiences. At times like these counselling can help you find a way forward.
I am currently working online, offering short-term counselling,
long-term psychotherapy and clinical supervision.
Within a confidential, empathic and non-judgmental professional relationship, we can explore aspects of your life, thoughts, feelings and behaviour openly and freely. I am there to listen, encouraging you to develop insight into the problems you are experiencing and supporting you towards resolving personal issues and gaining control over your life.
